Is the quote free?
Yes, the quote is always free and without obligation. We prepare it with detailed line items so you understand exactly what is included, what isn't and how the costs are distributed across the project.
How long does a typical project take?
Timings depend on the type of work and the starting condition. A full renovation of a medium-sized apartment usually takes three to four months. We give you a realistic estimate in the quote and keep you updated on progress throughout the works.
What does the ten-year guarantee cover?
The ten-year guarantee covers structural works and the main building works carried out by WillHome. Components and finishes are also covered by the manufacturers' guarantees, which we coordinate on your behalf where needed.
How are payments structured?
Payment terms are set out in the quote, with timings linked to the progress of the works. No unexpected upfront requests: everything is agreed before we start.
